As we reported last week, Dan Rather is suing his former employer, CBS, for $70 million. We asked you if he should win.

A whopping 66% said he shouldn’t. 34% said he should.

Of that 34%, two of you took me up on the offer to send in personal checks in the amount of $10 made out to the “Save Dan Rather From Abject Poverty Foundation,” just in case he doesn’t prevail. Please forward your checks to me and I’ll make sure they get into Mr. Rather’s hands as soon as possible.
