To help the federal contractor community comply with prevailing wage statutes and other federal labor laws, the U.S. Department of Labor is conducting a free conference from January 8-10 in New Orleans.

The conference will be conducted by federal compliance specialists and will cover requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), among others.
