Congrats to MARK ZAIGER, the winner of our “Spot the Fake Dumb Law” Contest.  Mark correctly identified the bogus Wisconsin law:  It is unlawful to place an unclothed mannequin in any store window unless it is wearing a cheesehead.   The cheesehead part was made up — the actual law only bans nude mannequins.

For his efforts, Mark has earned a $25 gift certificate to any of the fine establishments on giftcertificates.com.
