Earlier this week, I posted about the 652 employers targeted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)’s aggressive new enforcement strategy.
According to Reuters, at least one employer has already agreed to pay a fairly hefty fine for alleged I-9 irregularities under the new enforcement regime. More are sure to follow.
