President Names Final NLRB Member

The President announced the nomination of Brian Hayes as the final member to the National Labor Relations Board.

Hayes, a Republican, joins the President’s two other nominees, Craig Becker and Mark Pearce, both Democrats. Hayes currently serves as the Republican Labor Policy Director for Senate Committee on Health, Education, labor and Pensions (HELP). Prior to that, Hayes was a management-side lawyer in a private firm for more than 25 years.

The nominations now move on to the Senate for confirmation. Stay tuned.
