Military Service
REEMPLOYMENT RIGHTS
Federal law protects employees leaving for military service and, as a general rule, they are entitled to reemployment rights upon their return from duty.
The service member generally has certain obligations, like providing the employer with written or oral advance notice of military service, and promptly reporting back to work upon the completion of their service.
